Advice From a Seasoned South American Skier

Thanks for the advice in your comment base on our June 4th posting on dining and general confirmation of the awesomeness of Valle Nevado and Portillo ski resorts skippyski! We are anticipating a world class adventure to Chile and scouting out the heliskiing and hope to participate! Thanks for the dining recommendations! For those of you spending some time in Santiago skippyski recommends Aqua restaurant highly! We will be trying it!
